Instructions:

Step 1: After gathering your tools, chill the brandy snifter by filling it with ice water, then discard the ice and water.
Step 2: Measure and pour 1.5 oz brandy into the chilled glass.
Step 3: Measure and pour 1.5 oz Bénédictine on top of the brandy.
Step 4: Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to marry the flavors.
Step 5: Serve neat—no garnish.
