Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier

Instructions:

Step 1: Chill a shot glass (or rinse it with ice water, then discard).
Step 2: Pour 0.5 oz coffee liqueur into the bottom of the glass.
Step 3: Using the back of a bar spoon held just above the coffee layer, very slowly pour 0.5 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream so it “floats” on top.
Step 4: Repeat the same spoon-layering technique with 0.5 oz Grand Marnier to form the top layer.
Step 5: Serve immediately (no garnish).
Optional: For a flaming B-52, carefully ignite the top layer with a long lighter and blow out before drinking.
