Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Peach Purée: Blend the peeled, pitted peaches until smooth. If using frozen peaches, thaw completely first.
Step 2: Chill: Ensure your peach purée and Prosecco are well-chilled.
Step 3: Pour & Mix: Pour the peach purée into a chilled Champagne flute.
Step 4: Add Prosecco: Slowly top with chilled Prosecco, being careful not to overfill the glass due to the fizz.
Step 5: Gently Stir: Stir gently with a spoon to combine.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve: Garnish with a peach slice and/or a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
